Last year I received an email from a fellow missionary in Africa. He had chosen the greeting "Dear Faithfuls". I found it to be exactly how my heart has felt toward many of you. You support me with friendship, counsel, opportunity, and finance. You are faithful! Thank you!
The Scriptures record in 2 Timothy 2:11-13 the following, seemingly harsh words:
This is a true saying:
If we die with Him,
we will also live with Him.
If we endure hardship,
we will reign with Him.
If we deny him,
He will deny us.
If we are unfaithful,
He remains faithful,
for He cannot deny Himself.
Our God is FAITHFUL at all times; every moment of every day, Jesus is faithful. As we abandon all thought, choice, and emotion for the sake of Jesus call, to exchange our lives and resources for His faithfulness; we are transformed into His image and we will experience His faithful LIFE! As we experience His faithful LIFE we too are wrapped up in our Lord's faithfulness, to soar on His faithful wings of mercy and grace where FREEDOM reigns.
