Dear Faithfuls, The Lord Jesus is answering our prayers concerning the promotion of the homosexuality, the Gay Agenda, and gay marriage.  Christians like you are making a difference through this boycott on Ford.  Keep praying, keeping making the right choices, and keep leading the way.    June 8, 2007  Boycott helps drop Ford sales 6.8% in May General Motors, Chrysler, Toyota sales increase during same period Dear Ron, For the 13th month out of the last 15, the boycott of Ford Motor Company by AFA and other pro-family groups has helped cause Ford to lose sales. Sales dropped 6.8% during May when compared with May 2006. The drop came as sales for GM [up 9.6%], Chrysler [up 4.3%] and Toyota [up 14%] were all increasing.  Of the big four, only Ford showed a loss. Even while losing billions of dollars and laying off of thousands of employees, Ford continues to financially support various homosexual groups. Despite the effectiveness of the boycott, the mainstream media has refused to cover the story.  Had homosexuals been boycotting Ford, the boycott would have been given extensive play in the mainstream media. Because the mainstream media refuses to cover the boycott, AFA is asking that individuals forward this e-mail to friends and family. ...for Charles Solomon, who is in China sharing the Exchanged Life Message.  Below are some emails from Cathy Solomon, his daughter in Knoxville TN, where Chuck and his wife Sue live. 

Chuck will be in China for a few weeks and it looks like the Enemy is upset over the work of Grace Fellowship and Chuck in China.  Chuck is the author of The Handbook to Happiness and the grandfather of Exchanged Life Counseling.  Before the Lord delivered Chuck with Galatians 2:20, he was a aero space engineer.  He had it all, so it appeared; but he was ready to end life until reading Galatians 2:20 and the Lord transformed his life; all this back in the 60’s.  Chuck has been in ministry now for over 40 years; sharing grace and truth with many whose lives have been transformed. 

Read and pray...  

Dad called this morning asking for prayer.  He has meetings tomorrow at a large 3 Self Church in Changchun.  Dad met with the Senior Pastor, who is Korean, today.  The pastor has read the Korean and Chinese version of Handbook to Happiness and was impressed with the message.  He has set up meetings with his leadership of 20-40 men on Thursday - 3 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the afternoon.  Also, he's planned an open meeting Thursday night for whoever wants to attend for Dad to share his testimony.  Bill Job (a friend of Dad's who has started a business in China) and Dad will be doing a day-long training session on Friday with an even larger group of people (I believe from the same church).  Dad will be in Changchun until Tuesday morning, when he flies back to Beijing.

The proposed schedule in Beijing is as follows:

Tuesday and Wednesday, 6 pm to 9 pm:  Counseling training for foreign lay counselors of Beijing International Christian Fellowship

Thursday either morning or afternoon:  counseling training for local BICF counselors in training

God is opening doors!  Please keep Dad and GFI in your prayers.

Bill Job was going to help Dad on Friday do a conference in Changchun.  He send the following email to Dad, which Dad has yet to read since he cannot get online to check his email.  Mr. Wu's computer crashed and cannot boot up.  The Apple laptop Dad took with him isn't able to get a broadband hookup.  He will try to get to the church early tomorrow and use their computers to check his email.

Bill Job writes:

I just checked my server and discovered not only have I had a very
unusual run of problems with my communication (computer stolen) but
now the server I use in Knoxville has lost everything as well. First
time in 20 years, getting a little suspicious.

The email I sent last night may not have gone out so I'll recap.

We were broken into the other night and Kitty gets back today from 4
and 1/2 weeks with grandkids. I would like to get the place secure
before I leave her. But the main issues is that I was asked if I
would be willing to talk to some people from the gov't regarding our
hiring of disabled people, as we have a dozen or so. I thought I
could just delegate this to my staff. Last night I discovered that a
Vice Mayor was coming personally to meet me and talk with me about
why we do what we do. This meeting is for Friday morning. So I have
changed my flight to arrive Friday night from Beijing at 8:30.

I still need to get the address and or phone number of the hotel so I
can find my way there.

Please keep Bill Job in your prayers, too.  It sounds as though the enemy isn't too happy about what may be happening in China.  But we know the Victor and He's already won the battle!!!  Praise His Holy and Wonderful Name.  Since Bill can't help with the teaching on Friday, please pray for Dad and his strength (or his weakness and Christ's strength!!).
